Pizza for Tea

Dough made and rising! That is our dinner practically taken care of, so me and small girl are off for a spot of window shopping!

250g plain flour
250g strong bread flour
1tsp of dried active yeast
1.5tsp of salt
325ml warm water
1tbls of olive oil.

Sling in a bowl, mix with a claw like hand!

Tip out on lightly floured surface.

Knead for five to ten minutes. It will become springier and less sticky, so resist...resist! the urge to fling flour at it! You'll get a better bread texture this way! Plus think of your biceps workout!

Leave in a warm place to rise!

Done for now! Let's go shopping, girls!
