That about sums it up!

January '10 completely unexpected lucky place in the London Marathon (offered and taken)

January '10 many people doubt, worry and give lots of reasons why not

January '10 refusal to give up......Text Colour

Congratulations to your brother! My Significant Other ran the London marathon last week too. He had more blisters than you could waggle a stick at! We hung over the barriers at mile twelve and flagged him down for a hug! It was a brilliant experience and I am completely proud of him. Well done to your brother. It's a huge achievement. Em x

I have a proficiency in using this. It's how to stop being anxious what others think. Doing that should be free and open to all.
