2010

We spend January 1 walking through our lives, room by room, drawing up a list of work to be done, cracks to be patched. Maybe this year, to balance the list, we ought to walk through the rooms of our lives, not looking for flaws, but for potential.

Mrs B, can we pretend I'm First Footing you with a full bottle under the arm. The times on your blog are not GMT and may not show this (sorry for being pedantic but it cufuddles me) but it is after midnight and Edinburgh Castle was covered in snow when the fireworks were lighting up the sky and I am a little late but I wanted to sup a sip with you and yours and wish you Happy New Year!
